Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t advice-giving.

It’s a space where you’re listened to fully, asked the right questions, and supported as you find your own answers.

I don’t tell you what to do.

I don’t “fix” you.

I help you slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

You don’t need to be “broken” to benefit from coaching.

  1. Free intro session
    A relaxed conversation to see if coaching feels right for you, and if we connect.
  2. Coaching sessions
    Usually 60 minutes, online (or in person where possible). We explore what’s coming up for you and where you want to go next.
  3. Your pace, your path
    No pressure: I offer specific target-based programs of 6-8 sessions, or a more relaxed ongoing format where there doesn't have to be a fixed number of sessions.
